Returns & Exchanges
Once payment is submitted, custom orders may not be cancelled, refunded, or returned.
Our furniture built to order and the building process begins as soon as payment is made. Please double check the details of your order before purchasing.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
I gladly accept returns of non-custom orders.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There is a 5% restocking fee.
Cancellation of an order and payment will only be accepted for non-custom orders as long as the building process has not started.
Pre-Orders & CrowdFunding
Crowdfund projects can be canceled and refunded only during the time that the campaign is open. If the minimum sale is not met you will be fully refund. Once the campaign is closed your pledge not be refund.
Pre-Orders cannot be canceled or refunded as we are basing our initial production run on the numbers we have collected.
Transit time is typically 5-7 days in the US, depending on location. International Shipping times can very to a few days to a few weeks. Expedited delivery can be requested for an additional charge.
Deliveries are made to the address specified at the time of order. Please note that delays can happen with carriers and my shop is not responsible for delays.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and shipping. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your package.
In the unlikelihood your package is considered lost by the shipping carrier please contact me and we can work on a resolution.
Additional policies and FAQs
All orders are packaged with great care. Damage is rare, but in the event that your order arrives with visible damage to the box, please note this when signing for the shipment and notify me before opening. Please document the damage to the box and or item upon arrival. Please take pictures of the damage, this will allow us to handle any necessary returns or replacements. The customer is not responsible for shipping charges for return of damaged items or replacements.
Timing is important you have 24hrs upon receiving the item to notify me of any damages to your item, if you do not notify me of any damages within the 24hrs of the delivery date and time I will consider your item delivered and no damaged has occurred and you forfeit any claim, resolution or refund.
Please keep packaging materials if items need to be returned and or damaged as the shipping company will require all packing material for the insurance claim. Please note and read carefully, failure to provide the shipping company the packing material will void any insurance claim and I will not be able to issue you a refund for your order or provide you a replacement.
Some of our products are handmade and variation in wood, color (painted and or stain) will differ slightly.
